Chris has been working in the multi-family industry for over 30 years. His extensive experience in property management, asset management, due diligence in acquisitions, dispositions, CapEx budgeting, and project execution enables him to fully grasp the importance of each project, ensuring a thorough approach from initial planning through to final execution while valuing the contributions and needs of everyone involved starting from the onsite property management team up to the owner(s).
